Postage
Within Australia
Shipping is usually by Australia Post Express Post, or often, for shipments over $1100 value by air courier, so we require postal addresses and/or shipping addresses for shipping and contact numbers. All purchases within Australia include GST.
Australia Post Express Post charges ex Darwin to anywhere in Australia are based on the dollar value of the total purchase (excluding hats) :-

Outside Australia
Purchases that are shipped unaccompanied are GST free.
International shipping is by DHL or by Australia Post Registered Airmail, and freight charges will depend on the size of the shipment. There is usually no extra charge for CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora) export permits.
CITES import permits (if applicable) are at the the client’s expense in the importing country. Local charges in the importing country are also at the client’s expense.
Packaging
All di CROCO crocodile skin accessories are presented with a di CROCO leaflet and in most cases, a CITES permit, in pouches of gift boxes depending on the type of item, all suitable for gift giving.
Consistent with the di CROCO image, all packaging materials are designed to protect the item and show it beautifully. Tastefully branded, the organza pouches, satin pouches, custom made boxes, satin lined hand woven cotton pouches and boxes complete with ribbons and carry bags enhance the di CROCO brand.
Sizing Belts
di CROCO belts are sized in inches and centimeters. There is little consistency between international belt manufacturers, so to ascertain the correct belt size, it is best not to follow the size marked on a belt the wearer may already have. Instead, use a belt the wearer positions on the body in the same place as intended with a di CROCO belt, and measure the existing belt from the start of the strap at the buckle end to the hole used to clasp the belt. This will give us the belt size.
Do not use the length of strap as the measurement.
If measuring in this way is not feasible, for men use trouser sizes and then add 2″ for di CROCO belt sizes. For women, it is important to consider whether the belt will be worn on the waist, low waist or hips.
Certificates
Northern Territory Parks and Wildlife Leaflet
All our products are packaged with an Northern Territory Parks and Wildlife endorsed serialised leaflet guaranteeing that the skin has come from farms operated in accordance with the approved conservation programme in the Northern Territory, and giving proof of the origin of the product produced from that skin. Each product has an identification number printed in the leaflet.
Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora Export Product Permits
Australia is a signatory to the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES).
Accordingly our hand carried items are accompanied by a CITES Personal Export Permit, included in the price of the di CROCO item you purchase.
Unaccompanied or export shipments including commercial shipments should be accompanied by a CITES export permit, which we can arrange for you. Lead times for the unaccompanied permit may be up to 14 working days.

If our products are deemed to have faulty workmanship we will be very happy to arrange for an exchange or a complete refund. However, we cannot guarantee wear and tear by individuals as every individual’s use is different. The di CROCO collection is manufactured exclusively for us and our production is limited. All accessories shown are therefore subject to availability at the time of order enquiry and you may experience a delay in receiving your finished product/s. As necessary, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply, and to change the style, designs and colours of products shown in this site without notice.
